Estimators deliver the project by uploading the estimate within Estimator Xchange website.
Contractors release the funds by approving the estimate or the funds are automatically released to the estimator after 7 days of delivering the estimate.
Contractor can open a dispute before the 7-day window and hold funds until satisfied or ask for a full refund.
